Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager at your-space located in Gurugram. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, managing the maintenance team, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring the safety and security of the residents, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the financial records and budgets of the property.

Requirements
 
Experience in property management and real estate operations
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle tenant inquiries and complaints effectively
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
B2B Client handling exp is a must
