Job Description:


Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Planning: ○ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives. ○ Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities to support business growth and success. 2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: ○ Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions. ○ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the fintech industry. 3. Employee Relations: ○ Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. ○ Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. 4. Performance Management: ○ Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. ○ Provide coaching and support to managers to improve performance and productivity across the organization. 5. Training and Development: ○ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. ○ Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth and career development. 6. HR Compliance: ○ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. ○ Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and practices as necessary. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred. ● years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the fintech or technology industry. ● Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. ● Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization. ● Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
