Duties & Responsibilities:
- To support sales representatives and coordinate sales- related activities.
- To Coordinate with the team regarding PO and ensuring accuracy
- To enter code information into the Company Database
- To keep track of pending orders
- To check & maintain the documents of the respected department for internal reference & ISO
- Focus to accomplish the company’s values, vision & mission
- Perform all other duties assigned by HOD
Required Skill Set:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Well- organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem- solving
- Excellent communications
- Good time- management skills
