- To develop business in his assigned Territory by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies
and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the Territory
- Generating sales of company products in the region in order to achieve sales targets
- To ensure coordination and relationship management with distributors, customers, corporate
- customers as well as other departments
- Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network and Go to Market Approach
- Well versed the geography and good have sound knowledge of Rural market
- Appoint new distributors and development of each distributors
- Increase in secondary and tertiary business in assigned territory
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Prepare and submit reports to the ASM/Sales Head
