The Talent Requisition Specialist ( In House - Full-Time Position) will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding. You will work closely with department heads to define hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications, competencies, and skills required for open roles. Develop and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and reach a diverse audience. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews. Facilitate and refine the interview process, including creating interview questions that align with company requirements. Engage in active sourcing strategies, including social media networking, job fairs, and referral programs, to attract high-quality candidates. Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, and the onboarding process. Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, in Service Industry preferably with Construction/ Engineering Hiring Experience Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Skills: Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent decision-making and judgment capabilities. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
