Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing candidate expectations.
