Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes. 12. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 6. Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations. 7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. 8. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. 10. High level of professionalism and integrity.
