Job Summary: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within the organization. The Recruitment Manager ensures that the recruitment strategy aligns with the organization's goals and values while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. 3. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates. 4. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. 6. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. 7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. 8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. 9. Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. 10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. 11. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes. 12. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 6. Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations. 7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. 8. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 9.
