Job description

Key Responsibilities: Procurement Optimization: ● Assess and optimize current procurement strategies and processes. ● Troubleshoot issues in procurement, ensuring smooth operations and continuity. Vendor Management and Partnership Development: ● Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for raw materials and contract manufacturing. ● Cultivate long-term partnerships with vendors, focusing on sustainable and cost-effective solutions. ● Conduct regular performance reviews and manage vendor contracts. Supply Chain Management: ● Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. ● Implement strategies for inventory management, reducing wastage and optimizing stock levels at the principal warehouse as well as 3rd party locations. ● Analyze and improve supply chain logistics, workflows, and processes. Logistics and Distribution Liaison: ● Manage logistics operations, including coordination with CNF (Carry and Forward Agents) or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) models. ● Liaise with distributor partners, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery. ● Develop strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs. Compliance and Reporting: ● Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in procurement and supply chain activities. ● Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and supply chain performance
