Job Description · Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Store. · Manage Inventory Level to ensure adequate stock Availability. · Daily Inventory & Stock Requirement for Outlets to be shared with Reconciliation & variance Explanation. · Conduct regular stock audits & Implement measures to prevent shrinkage. · Ensure that customers receive exceptional service at all times. · Address customer inquiries & resolve any issues or Complaints promptly. · Oversee day to day operations & ensure compliance with company policies & Procedures. · Recruit, Train & Supervise Kiosk Staff. · Set Sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. · Cash Banking, UPI & all Settlements to be done properly · Upsell & Suggestive Selling · Responsible for Airport passes, Biometric Passes & Documentation. Requirements:- -Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a kiosk or small format store. -Sound knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and inventory management. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. -Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. -Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
