Reports to (Position) AVP – Recommerce

Job Summary/ Key objective:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development and

Operations Manager to join our team, specifically from the OEM, Telecom,

or Recommerce industries. The ideal candidate will combine sales and

operational expertise with a proven history in business development and

vendor management. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong

project management skills who can work independently in an

unstructured environment to drive business growth.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with

new and existing partners, fostering a collaborative business environment.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, product

knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our

solutions' value.

Lead Generation & Sales ,through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Close sales deals to achieve

targets.

Analytical Skills, market opportunities, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality

execution.

Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals,

fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners, vendors, and

other stakeholders.

Experience Required

Experience -  5+ years of experience in OEM/Telecom/fast Startup/Recommerce

• Detail oriented/analytical

• Willingness to travel

• Strong Written and Verbal communication

Qualification-  MBA or Graduate with a strong academic back ground
