E-commerce Operation Officer

Position Overview: Atomberg is looking for a dynamic E-commerce Operations Officer to lead and enhance our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless execution of orders, inventory management, and collaboration with key e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Oversee and manage Atomberg's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date Inventories, On time order executions & closure of any open points with front end or channel.

Implement strategies to maximize the faster deliveries and System hygiene.

Order Processing and Fulfilment:

Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize order fulfillment processes.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide prompt and effective customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Resolve order-related issues, manage returns, and process refunds as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales data and marketplace performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback for management review.
