Account executive

1. GST Compliance:  Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.  Prepare and maintain GST audit reports, ensuring compliance with regulations. 2. TDS-TCS Management:  Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) procedures efficiently.  Monitor TDS/TCS deductions and filings as per statutory requirements. 3. Income Tax and ROC Compliance:  Stay updated with Income Tax laws and ensure compliance in financial transactions.  Assist in ROC compliance and filings as necessary. 4. Accounting Entries:  Record and manage all accounting entries accurately, including bank transactions, cash transactions, credit notes, and debit notes.  Conduct regular ledger scrutiny to maintain data integrity. 5. Audit Preparation:  Collaborate with auditors to prepare Annual Audit Reports and Tax Audit documentation.  Ensure all necessary documents and reports are available for audit purposes.
