Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Head at MicroMitti. The Human Resource Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives. They will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Planning: ○ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives. ○ Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities to support business growth and success. 2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: ○ Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions. ○ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the fintech industry. 3. Employee Relations: ○ Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. ○ Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. 4. Performance Management: ○ Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. ○ Provide coaching and support to managers to improve performance and productivity across the organization. 5. Training and Development: ○ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. ○ Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth and career development.
