Job Description:


Responsibilities:  Identify and Source Talent: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract high-caliber sales candidates.  Screen and Assess Candidates: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' sales skills, experience, and cultural fit.  Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.  Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their sales talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.  Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future sales roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.  Drive Diversity Initiatives: Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, actively seeking out and engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds.  Provide Insights and Recommendations: Analyze recruitment data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the recruitment process.  Stay Current on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales recruitment, incorporating them into recruitment strategies as appropriate. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling sales positions.  Deep understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and skill requirements.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.  Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.  High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
