Job Description:

 Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

 Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.

 booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

 organising events and conferences

 reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

  typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

  Key role in assisting the Director in performing his day to day activities, the responsibilities shall include;

  Calendar management.

  Management of important files, data and information.

  Travel Management.

 Scrutiny of information/documents before necessary approval from Director

  Management of meetings and preparation of minutes of the meeting.

 Coordinate with Senior Executives for conferences and internal events.

 Manage mails and communication on behalf of the Chairman.

 Any other function that is incidental to the position.

 Requisites & Qualification:

 The candidate should be talented, self-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, having a positive approach.

  Command on written and spoken English.

 Conversant in handling the social media on behalf of the chairman e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook etc.

 Excellent administration and secretarial skills.

 Decision-making ability in the absence of the Chairman and otherwise.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint application capable of preparing the requisite documentation and communications independently based on briefs.
