Responsibilities: Identify and Source Talent: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract high-caliber sales candidates. Screen and Assess Candidates: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' sales skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their sales talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Deep understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and skill requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
