Developing & Implementing Sales Process Planning daily indent for the Region basis orders forecasting Planning & forecasting Sales for the region for HORECA & Retail Market, Distributor sales. Expanding Customer base of the company by opening New avenues of opportunities that can give incremental sales Coordination with Processing plant to ensure seamless operations for delivery of Orders to customers Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Executives Tech savy , Good knowledge of MS Office MBA with minimum 5 Years of Experience in Meat Industry Demonstrable track record of over-achieving Targets Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong Market connect & knowledge of Meat Market (HORECA & Retail)
