We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in India, with the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate effectively with our US-based clients and team members. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing any concerns or objections to successfully close sales deals.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system, providing regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasting.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
