SEAMEC LIMITED Job Description for Executive Assistant Job Title : Executive Assistant Engineer Location: Mumbai Reports to: CEO Job Purpose: Support CEO by  Supporting CEO Day to day functioning.  Handling calendar management.  Being a point of contact between employees and the executive.  Engage in Planning and scheduling and cost controlling vessel dry docks / projects  Maintaining and refining internal company processes Skills as Executive Assistant Engineer  Should be able to manage dynamic situations easily, save time for CEO.  Strategically execute their tasks and manage team members.  Should have keen understanding of the business’s project workflow and be able to delegate team members to project tasks on the executive’s behalf.  Should be able to use platforms to input data, draft documents, read charts and tables, and collaborate with other team members on important reports and presentations.  Should be able to convey information clearly and concisely, listen actively, and provide feedback when necessary. They also excel at written communication, such as emails, reports, and memos.  Should be able to prioritizes tasks, plans and schedules meetings, and manages calendars, quickly adapting to changes.  Able to check and double-check work, proofread documents, and ensure that all information is accurate.  Able to troubleshoot technical issues, managing conflicts between team members, and finding solutions to other challenges.  Must be empathetic and diplomatic. Work well with people from diverse backgrounds, build relationships, and expand their professional network. Skills as Planning Engineer  Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.  Develop Project WBS (work breakdown structure) using the latest project planning and scheduling tools.  Provide technical assistance in Scheduling.  Can Develop Level II Construction Schedules.  Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.  Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.  Analysing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.  Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.  Deliver timely, accurate and sensitive project controls information that facilitates a clear understanding of the performance of the project in relation to planned performance targets. Qualifications:  Between 6 to 8 years of related experience in Construction Project management in Oil and Gas industries  Degree in Engineering or similar.  Proficiency in MS Office.  Planning and project management skills.  Strong multitasking abilities.  Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.  Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.  Excellent command of oral and written Englis
