● Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector.
● Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
● Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
