Purpose of Position:To lead the sales territory of theElvischannel towards the Elvis vision of becoming the leading provider Bathroom Solutions and Services in the respective geography and to ensure the fulfillment of the respective goals in terms of sales, profit and working capital (receivables). Align local territory sales strategy to Region / Country / Channel strategy. Additional Responsibilities •Working on Demand Forecast for assigned area. •Identifying product Gaps and Launch new products. •Continuous Development of Self / Team / Partner / Market. •Participate in Partners Success program. Responsibilities for Business Results: ( KPIs) •Performance of the assigned Partners of the entire area in terms of both primary as well as secondary sales - Target vs. Achieved (YoY) •No of new Customer added – Target vs. Achieved •Delivery on planned product mix. •Training & Development plans achieved for the Sales executives / Plumbers. •Forecast accuracy Knowledge and Experience •Graduate /MBA (Preferred) •Proven track record of delivering sales results in a competitive environment •More than 5 years’ experience in sales in a related industry •Result orientation and entrepreneurial spirit •Must have expertise in handling Distribution sales. •Knowledge of English and local language.
