Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
Foster a positive work environment and culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Implement programs to enhance employee morale and retention. Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.
