Location- Vasai, Palghar
Requirements and skills:
- Education - CIPET/Diploma in Plastic
- Experience – 2+ Yrs. – Plastic Industry, Plastic Materials, Plastic Articles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Should have done IPQC.
- Should have done visual inspection and monitoring of a product's quality during various stages of its manufacturing or assembly process.
- Should identify any issues or defects early on so that corrective actions can be taken promptly.
- Regularly inspect materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, deviations from specifications, or non-conformities.
- Conduct various tests and analyses, such as chemical, physical, or mechanical tests, to assess the quality and performance of products.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for executing in-process quality control activities to ensure that the product is manufactured in compliance with established quality standards & regulatory requirements.
• Perform in-process sampling and testing of raw materials, and finished products according to approved sampling plans, procedures, and specifications.
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of all IPQC activities, including test results, observations, and deviations, per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure product, process, facilities & equipment compliance with relevant quality management systems, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
• Investigating and resolving quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances identified during manufacturing or quality control activities.’
• Ensure that IPQC equipment and instrumentation are calibrated, maintained, and operated per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve batch records and documentation for product release, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements before products are released to the market.
• Evaluating supplier performance and addressing any quality issues with suppliers.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating packaging processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency,
