Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head/VP- Sales at MicroMitti. The Sales Head/VP-Sales will be responsible for a strategic role in scaling our market presence and driving our sales efforts to new heights. This position demands a leader with a robust understanding of the real estate market, combined with a strong background in financial technology. You will lead our sales strategy, overseeing all sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with our company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the real estate sector, focusing on leveraging FinTech solutions to meet market demands.
● Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
● Establish and maintain key relationships with industry stakeholders, including real estate developers, investors, and financial institutions, to understand their needs and how our solutions can address those needs.
● Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure our FinTech solutions are aligned with current market trends and customer requirements.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities within the real estate sector and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
● Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by developing customer relationship management strategies that are in line with our company's values and objectives.
● Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the executive team, utilizing CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency and visibility.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our solutions and establish thought leadership in the FinTech and real estate sectors.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
● A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FinTech or real estate sectors.
● Demonstrated track record of developing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets in a high-growth environment.
● Deep understanding of the real estate market and financial technology trends.
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
● Prior experience in fractional investment selling is highly preferred.
● Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
● Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.
