GANGA ROLLER FLOUR MILLS Job Description: Administrative Executive Company: Ganga Roller Flour Mills Private Limited Position : Administrative executive Location: Delhi, India Gender Preference: Male (Bike Compulsory) Experience: 1 to 4 years Required Skills:  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Attention to detail and accuracy  Ability to work independently and in a team  Problem-solving skills  Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems  Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred  Must possess a valid bike license and own a bike Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. 2. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. 3. Handle incoming calls and other communications. 4. Manage files, update paperwork, and maintain documents. 5. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 6. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. 7. Develop and maintain a filing system. 8. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. 9. Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings. 10.
