Role and Responsibility

  Provide exceptional sales support to our international clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales documentation.

 Communicate effectively with international customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.

 Coordinate order processing, ensuring smooth logistics, shipping, and delivery while maintaining regular communication with customers.

 Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and customers, analyzing trends and competitors to support sales strategies.

 Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts, gather customer feedback, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

 Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and promote our offerings.

Qualifications: 

 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

 Previous sales experience, particularly in an international sales or export/import environment, is highly desirable.

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.

 Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Proficiency in market research, analysis, and the ability to provide valuable insights.

  Strong technological aptitude, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
