Provide exceptional sales support to our international clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales documentation.
Communicate effectively with international customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Coordinate order processing, ensuring smooth logistics, shipping, and delivery while maintaining regular communication with customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and customers, analyzing trends and competitors to support sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts, gather customer feedback, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and promote our offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous sales experience, particularly in an international sales or export/import environment, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in market research, analysis, and the ability to provide valuable insights.
Strong technological aptitude, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
