Responsibilities

• Define, develop, negotiate and contract strategic sourcing solutions that meet businesses requirements and enhance profitability by controlling/ reducing costs, improving payment terms, optimizing supply chain efficiencies.


• Provide pre- and post-shipment support for all procurement activities: manage specifications, samples, quality control, deliveryand payment, and monitor supply chain compliance with contract terms


• Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products


• Develop and executive in a timely manner a sourcing plan for all NPD’s


• Ensure the procurement process adheres to all legal and regulatory standards


• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers


• Maintain vendor database (including contact information, organizational history, and performance metrics)


• Be the liaison between the purchasing department and vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Process-oriented, proactive and results-driven individual


• Ability to setup and manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items

• Outstanding negotiation skills, Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills
