Provide pre- and post-shipment support for all procurement activities: manage specifications, samples, quality control, deliveryand payment, and monitor supply chain compliance with contract terms Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products Develop and executive in a timely manner a sourcing plan for all NPD’s Ensure the procurement process adheres to all legal and regulatory standards Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers Maintain vendor database (including contact information, organizational history, and performance metrics) Be the liaison between the purchasing department and vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers Requirements and skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Process-oriented, proactive and results-driven individual Ability to setup and manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items Outstanding negotiation skills, Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills Location: Mumbai
