Job Summary: As a Sales Executive for our premium coffee brand, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction with our high-quality coffee products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including cafes, restaurants, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present and promote our premium coffee products to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge and passion for coffee and the premium coffee market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
