- Experience in Electro-Optics Product Design, Opto-mechanical systems design, Mechanical + Optical assemblies design and component selection.
- Precision product design, Precision Mechanism Design experience
- Working experience in Solidworks CAD Design & Knowledge in FEA.
- Proficient in creating engineering drawings with GD&T.
- Hands on experience in engineering calculations & principles.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering subjects
- Working knowledge of DFMA.
- Knowledge of materials and finishing processes.
- Electromechanical experience will be considered as advantage

Duties in brief
|
:
|
1. Participate in the end-to-end Product development from research and concept to product execution.
2. Design & development of precision mechanical parts, Sub-assemblies, Jigs & Fixtures.
3. Analytical approach & capability to present the of design concepts with justification using engineering calculations.
4. Documentation of Design concepts for PDR, CDR and DDR.
5. Performing structural and thermal analysis using Solidworks simulation.
6. Able to perform a verity of tasks from CAD to detailing and documentation with minimal supervision.
