Credit Head

Job Description : 1. To lead the West India Credit team and manage collection of the entire West Zone 2. Responsible for all management MIS needs to be submitted for the review. 3. To meet client regularly and solve pending issues to ensure faster collection. 4. To coordinate, supervise and deploy Credit Control activities to mitigate customer credit risk and to ensure the collection of outstanding debt from customers in a timely and professional manner 5. Verification of correctness of short payments (party deduction) as per designed SOP. 6. Proper documents to be forwarded to the Zonal Credit Head for approval. 7. Outstanding bills collection follow up above overdue days and all issues involved in it should be resolved in a timely manner 8. Update of balance confirmation for all clients on quarterly basis. 9. Keeping detailed records of month on month collection activities and conversations. 10. Ensuring 100% achievement of the collection targets set by H.O every month 11. Ensuring 100% bills submissions & proper quality acknowledgement of all the bills submitted 12. Follow up for payments and credit / debit note reconciliation
