Purchase Executive 

Job location – Jublee hills, Hyderabad.

 Exp. 2+yrs

Roles and Responsibilities  

• ∙Good Planning of materials and exposure to MS OFFICE software  


• ∙Identifying correct products to be ordered 


• ∙Preparing purchase orders, coordinating with principals. Coordinate with the sales team to know the quantity to be purchased.  


• ∙Track the status of purchase orders  


• ∙Ensure the quality and quantity of Materials purchased  


• ∙Ensure that supplier’s invoices are sent to accounts for payment  


• ∙Periodic review and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions.  


• ∙Assist the Head of Finance in creating reports on a regular basis and maintain a documented system of purchase policies and procedures.  


• ∙Coordinate with principles on dispatches and responsible for logistics from principle factory location to warehouse. 

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN SAP is preferred
