Agricultural / Science Graduates with experience in Sales. 2. Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of AgroChemical/ Agricultural Product Sales. 3. Good communication skills and being able to communicate effectively in more than one south Indian language. Skills and Attributes: 1. Proven sales track record 2. Experience in customer support is a plus 3. Market knowledge 4. Communication and negotiation skills 5. Ability to build rapport 6. Time management and planning skills Job Description: 1. Develop markets in the zone/territory allocated 2. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth 3. Assess potential distributors & dealers in the location 4. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives 5. Appoint, create & manage network of distributors & dealers 6.
