Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and and driving growth in our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities -
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up dated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operation steams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years
Education: Bachelors degree
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
CTC - Upto 8.5 LPA + Incentives
