ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identifying new partnership opportunities, developing a business case for these partnerships and create a Go to market plan highlighting clear opportunities, product features, and business value for all stakeholders of Refab.
2. Responsible for planning, forecasting and implementation of sales plan, achieving sales targets, leading team, identify and develop franchisees in region.
3. Manage channel partner’s identification, screening, evaluation, Finalizing commercials, Agreement sign-up, Renewal of agreements.
4. Instrumental role in enabling business growth by identify new business opportunity, new accounts and developing new channel for sales prospective.
5. Motivating and enabling with Sales team-Channel partners for business growth by Identify new business opportunity thru incentive program.
6. Business Process Streamlining, Improvement in Processes and thereby increased company’s profitability.
7. Use consultative and solution selling skills at head level to align the client’s business and future with Refab services-solutions offering.
8. Instrumental role in enabling business growth by identify new business opportunity, new accounts and developing new channel for sales prospective.
9. Motivating and enabling with Sales team-Channel partners for business growth by Identify new business opportunity thru incentive program.
