Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including interview coordination, candidate screening, probation reviews, personal training (PT) hiring, on boarding, HR pulse check calls, managing POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training activities, and Zoom call management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure a seamless and efficient HR process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Interview Coordination and Candidate Screening Efficiently screen candidate CVs received from agencies/LinkedIn Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. Ensure timely and seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers. 2. Probation Review Management: Efficiently manage the probation review process for employees who have completed their probationary period. Ensure timely feedback and communication between employees, reporting managers, and HR. 3. NF & Personal Training (PT) Hiring: Oversee the complete hiring process for the NF Coaches and Personal Training (PT) coaches. Screen CVs, conduct initial communication checks, organize technical interviews, and coordinate final interviews. 4. On boarding of Nutrition & Fitness (NF) and PT Coaches: Efficiently manage the on boarding process for scholars and coaches. Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to active participation in induction programs and commencement of responsibilities. 5. HR Pulse Check Calls: Proactively conduct regular pulse check calls with entry-level coaches. Gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain engagement levels within the organization. 6. POSH Training Coordination: Effectively manage the administration and coordination of POSH training activities. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements for employees, PT coaches, and NF coaches. 7. Zoom Call Management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage Zoom calls for interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related meetings. Ensure smooth operation of virtual meetings, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed. Take end-to-end charge of Zoom accounts, including setup, configuration, and maintenance. 8. Office Administration: Look after admin-related tasks in the office, including managing attendance records and other administrative duties. Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with ease. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with Zoom software and MS Office/Gmail/Outlook
