• Provide Inputs To Product Management Based On Customer Needs, Trends & Competition To Build Product Roadmap.
• Executive Relation Building and Stakeholder Relation Building Experience.
• Look For New Business Opportunities.
• Must Have Knowledge Of OTT Platforms.
• Explain Contracts on behalf of Management/GM.
• Smart handling of E-Mails.
• Attend Daily Team Reporting Meetings And Daily Support Meetings.
• To Maintain Portfolio Quality.
• Coordinate with clients according to Management/ GM.
• Work on Revenue Improvement.
• Building New Channel with Online Platform.
• Should Be Able To Identify Approach And Develop New Customers For Increased Business.
• Meet Potential Clients By Growing, Maintaining And Leveraging Networking Groups.
• Build And Improve Relationships With New As Well As Existing Client Base Respectively.
• Identify Opportunities For Campaigns, Services And Distribution Channels That Will Lead To An Increase In Sales.
• Should Engage Multiple Stake-Holders (Internal And External) In The Sales Process
• Should Have Knowledge Of Research Tools And Digital Marketing.
• Preferably Should Have Experience In Handling The Entire Customer Account.
• Produce Regular Reports and Business Updates as Required.
• Residing Nearby Location & Should Be Flexible For Travelling.
