Job description
You will be working on customer returned products to understand the issue, identify root cause
and suggest corrective actions
?Identify production quality issues and non-conformances and report them to supervisor
?Monitor and analyze multiple sources of product and process data to ascertain potential
requirements for product quality and reliability improvements and better customer experience
?Work with CFT (Cross functional team) to track the progress of action implementation
?Define test plans, build test setups, perform testing and record observations
?Report observations, trends and finding to the engineers and CFT
?Maintain proper documentation for each issue including Failure analysis report, test results and
communication records
?Perform test setup maintenance, keep workspace organized
?Additional duties may be assigned
