Job Description:


 Manage schedules, arrange appointments, handle correspondence, Maintain an organized calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements  Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the Shashank and his core members team,  Track and reconcile expenses, including processing reimbursements and maintaining accurate records  Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening and responding to emails on behalf of Shashank whenever needed  Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, document distribution, and follow-up action items  Provide administrative support to core team members as needed, assisting with tasks such as project coordination, calendars with Shashank  Connect with other PA/ Secretary of board members, founders and schedule meetings and build and maintain good relationship with them  Help plan and organize events, meetings, interviews and conferences, including logistical arrangements and coordination with external folks  Handle personal tasks and errands, including but not limited to managing personal appointments, family-related arrangements, and other personal matters. Requirements:  Minimum 2 years of experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives or business founders. Preferred from a start up core member team  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.  Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy  Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.  Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.  Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively find solutions
