Roles & Responsibilities • Role demands amalgamation of Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Management • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs • Screening resumes • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates • Performing reference and background checks • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations • Completing timely reports on employment activity • Planning and executing employee engagement activities • Onboarding of new employees, documentation and orientation Key Skills: • Experience in recruitment for bulk hiring • Knowledge of job boards and current trending recruitment strategies • Excellent communication skills & people skills • Hands on knowledge and working experience in MS Excel
