Job Description Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into company databases and systems. Maintain data integrity and ensure the information is up-to-date. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Review and correct any discrepancies in the entered data. Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Follow data program techniques and procedures to achieve the best data quality. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in data entry or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the offshore oilfield industry or maritime sector. Familiarity with ERP systems and other data management tools. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
