Job Description:

• Manage the store budget and expenses.


• Monitor profitability and take corrective actions as needed.


• Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis.


• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.


• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.


• Implement promotions, discounts, and marketing initiatives.


• Monitor and assess staff performance in meeting sales goals.


• Manage the store budget and expenses.

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.


• Resolve employee conflicts and address any disciplinary issues.


• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.


• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
