Roles & Responsibility:
* Manage the store budget and expenses.
* Monitor profitability and take corrective actions as needed.
* Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis.
* Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
* Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Implement promotions, discounts, and marketing initiatives.
* Monitor and assess staff performance in meeting sales goals.
* Manage the store budget and expenses.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards.
* Uphold legal and ethical standards in all aspects of store operations.
* Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
* Schedule employees' shifts and manage payroll.
* Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
* Resolve employee conflicts and address any disciplinary issues.
* Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
* Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
