Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  Project Management:

  
  
  
  
  • Plan, manage, and oversee HVAC projects from conception through completion.
  
  
  • Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
  
  
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  
  
  • Ensure projects meet industry standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Design and Engineering:

  
  
  
  
  • Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork design.
  
  
  • Develop and review HVAC system designs, blueprints, and specifications.
  
  
  • Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC-specific tools.
  
  
  • Ensure designs are efficient, sustainable, and meet client requirements.
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Implementation and Oversight:

  
  
  
  
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems.
  
  
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

  Documentation and Reporting:

  
  
  
  
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  
  
  • Track project milestones, budget, and resources, and report on project status to senior management.
  
  
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  Client and Team Coordination:

  
  
  
  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  
  
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members.
  
  
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and project team members.

  Compliance and Safety:

  
  
  
  
  • Ensure all HVAC installations comply with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, local codes).
  
  
  • Promote and adhere to safety protocols on all project sites.
  
  
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
