Job Description:


Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee HVAC projects from conception through completion. Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure projects meet industry standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Design and Engineering: Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork design. Develop and review HVAC system designs, blueprints, and specifications. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC-specific tools. Ensure designs are efficient, sustainable, and meet client requirements. Implementation and Oversight: Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes. Track project milestones, budget, and resources, and report on project status to senior management. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Client and Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and project team members. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all HVAC installations comply with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, local codes). Promote and adhere to safety protocols on all project sites. Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
