JOB DESCRIOPTION Job Title Manager – New Business Development Department Business Development / Sales Job Description Responsible for acquiring new business from prospective and existing customers with focus on margins and long-term business potential The position will involve frequent travel to major cities within India Personal Skills: Proven expertise in sales - preferably sales to large corporations Ability to convert prospects into loyal customers Proven leadership skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Computer skills specifically MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Knowledge base Strategic planning and regular forecasting for business growth Ability to successfully execute plan through structured processes, monitoring and reviews Customer relationship management o Resolve issues and manage customer relationship with a view to create lasting associations Training and mentoring o Build and mentor a team of sales executives Education Minimum graduate with preferably masters or post-degree diploma in Sales Minimum Experience 5 Years of which at least 3 years should be in selling products/services to corporates Location Kurla, Mumba
