Roles & Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer service complaints within 48 hours at Customers site.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience.
- Maintain and repair BLDC fans to ensure optimal performance on customer service receival.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: 12th pass, ITI (Electrical), or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Less than 2 years of experience. Freshers with an electrical background are also encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Competent in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in using mobile phone applications to operate & handle Atomberg's Service Application.
