Job Brief: We are looking for young, dynamic and self-driven candidates to join our Sales team! As a Sales Associate, the main objective would be generating calls to potential customers and clients in order to help achievesalestargetsandbookings.Alongwithcold-calling,thecandidatewillalsobeinvolvedintheoverall organizational aspects.
Responsibilities
The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order to convert them to final customers.
The candidate will be working along with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements
The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and services offered by Settl. in order to convert potential customers
Will be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting
To be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers.
The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship to encourage future growth
Should be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand customer needs and requirements
Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours
Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to call volume and sales
Skills Required
AnyGraduatewith1-3yearsofexperienceinSales.
Excellent communication skills and understand the customer requirements
Experienced candidates required.
