Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and
cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, including corporate clients, architects,
and interior designers.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their workspace
needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and exceptional
service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions
using CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Address client issues and resolve conflicts effectively and promptly.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the office furniture or workspace solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of meeting or
exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required
