Responsibilities: ● Customer Acquisition: Visit channels, direct partners, and source LAP files to expand the customer base. ● File Processing: Complete the necessary steps to log in the file and facilitate the disbursal process efficiently. ● Market Research: Conduct market scans to identify potential customers and gather market intelligence. ● Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting LAP products effectively. ● Direct and Connector Network: Work with a blend of direct customer engagement and leverage connector networks to maximize outreach. ● Incentive Structure: Incentivization is tied to target achievement, with opportunities for earning incentives based on performance. ● DSA Management: Manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and oversee their performance in sourcing LAP files.
