UX designer

Job description

A UX designer with 3+ years of experience in a software development company is expected to have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. They should be able to conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, and prototypes, as well as perform usability testing.

• Collaborating with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements. 
• Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. 
• Conducting user research to gather insights and validate design decisions. 
• Creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts. 
• Testing prototypes and finished products for usability and making recommendations for improvements. 
• Working closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented accurately. 
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
